The Decaying Fescue is a grass of a brown hue, empowered by both Nature and Dark Nature energies. This convergence of antithetical forces arose from the transformation that swept Melrith's Hunger.

Weathered fescue is employed to forge straight blades. These blades are as durable as steel and resistant to both fire and corrosion. When deemed damaged, there is a 50% likelihood that the weapon merely requires realignment. When enchanted, plant growth spells can be cast to impart the weapon with a more refined form.
