When the rebel leader Marchenir and his anti-royalist army declared it their capital, opening citizenship to any fey, it sparked the Gwildath Civil War (1114 LE - 1121 LE). By the conclusion of this conflict, it had become the capital of Marchenir, a nation inhabited by Kriavfahliil, Centaur, Satyr, and Tungesti.
