The techniques for crafting Stasis Robes were obtained from the Libram of Aggda. A Stasis Robe oscillates in and out of visibility, producing a disorienting effect on the individual wearing it. This is a consequence of the robe being constructed from filaments harvested from the Web of Magic. The robe also provides a force protection equivalent to a +4 enchantment bonus. This force protection enables the wearer to freely traverse any wall of force.
The Stasis Robes were developed as an experimental armor for the Doom Squads. These specialized garments can be acquired from the XI Institute.
