The river originates in the Windastel mountains. During the spring flood season, its waters have been known to become tainted as they flow through and around the Sathumort Pocket. This is also a period when demons have been observed merging with the receding floodwaters on the rift's opposite side, carried by the current through the rift from Nasudex to Kriav.
