Hertenya is a profound depression situated in the northeastern corner of the Clans. Twelve grand waterfalls and numerous smaller ones cascade into Hertenya's cavernous one-thousand-foot expanse. The base of the depression is blanketed with vibrant blue, green, and red crystals. The elves assert the region possesses a mystical quality, with pools occasionally becoming animated by arcane energy. Sprites, faeries, and other fey creatures are prevalent in this area. These entities are hostile toward all outsiders, including the elves who have long regarded the region as a summer haven.
Glashynal, a levitating citadel, was constructed to safeguard the local elven villages.
