Ongar is a majestic fjord situated within the eastern expanses of the Ice Cap region. It drains northward, ultimately emptying into the Nautrek sea. Despite being the longest fjord in the realm, the majority of its length lies concealed beneath towering layers of ice and snow. The sole reason it has not completely frozen over is due to the heated waters at Thosgeir, the fjord's southernmost tip. The subaqueous channels that link Ongar to Thosgeir are navigable only by those possessing the extraordinary capability for endlessly lengthy swims and immense lung capacity.
The harbor nestled where Ongar meets the sheer cliffs of Ice Cap is a part of the notorious pirate haven of Ottanghild. This town is home to a diverse array of races, yet its Frost Giant inhabitants stand out as the most unique. Unlike their mountainous kin, Ottanghild's frost giants revel in the icy seas and the spoils acquired through piracy and raiding. The people of this settlement are also renowned for their thriving trade in precious furs, whale oil, and a substantial quantity of gemstones.
