Onairion's Pool

Early in the God Era, during the construction of Jothvauk, fire giants engaged in battle with a crimson dragon that claimed this lava lake as its domain. This proprietor was a juvenile dragon named Onairion. Though still young by draconic standards, the cunning and resourceful Onairion was compelled to seek refuge elsewhere. Recognizing the prowess of their adversary, the giants of Jothvauk paid tribute to their foe, christening this blazing lake Onairion's Pool.
