Qethserod Slov is the westernmost waterway of Hiznaar Goz. The upstream reaches, north of Reyth Paagol, are asserted by Ag Envok.
Along the northeastern and southeastern banks of this river runs a series of colossal fortified stockades. Late in the Horgon Era, the army of Irthorn constructed these bulwarks to defend against the incursions of kobold and orc raiders emerging from the Dragon Wall and Kamoni. When Ag Envok rose to power during the First Epoch, the northeastern wing of these citadels was abandoned, with Irthorn relinquishing the territory as far as the junction of Qethserod Slov and Zof Slov.
