The Gimhak constructed the magnificent Tharam-Khâl over a prosperous mithril vein known as Nâram-Zind. The mithril's exceptional quality and abundance enabled the outfitting of numerous Gimhak soldiers with peerless mithril armor.
In 1479 of the the Gimhak War (1470 - 1479), one of the Orchish Empire's most esteemed generals, Monty the Mad, perished during the capture of Tharam-Khâl.
