Halius is constructed upon the southern inclines of Aphenarun. This heavily fortified citadel is encircled by a labyrinth of waterways. The approaches to the city are rugged, with rounded boulders, deep ravines, and low-lying areas flooded with turbulent waters. Numerous waterways surround this place, the majority of which are geothermal, erupting with magnificent clouds of steam and thunderous booms. The unnatural landscape and geology of the area are a consequence of the Waterhaven Channel, the opening of which lies hundreds of feet beneath the city.
Halius is governed by the demigod Lokestant. Alongside the other members of the Greenland Alliance, she spearheads a military campaign to halt Rilirthad's ambition to restructure the Karnegmoth region.
The demi-god's leadership has catalyzed Halius' swift ascent to power. Lokestant and her denizens brazenly erected a formidable stronghold in close proximity to the capital of Rilirthad. Consequently, Halius and her allies have commenced impeding the encroachment of the Brownlands.
