In their formative years on the world of Marragh, the Giff were compelled to retreat to the highlands due to the perpetual menace posed by colossal beasts and predatory creatures. Confined to often meager lands, their numbers increased at a sluggish pace. Those who settled in Atlasfell established the settlement of Strongheart on 10 Hollow 144 LE.

When the Giff League was established, Strongheart became its administrative capital. Similar to most of the settlements within the Giff League, this grand city levitates over the terrain, sustained by seven sizable earth motes.

Strongheart boasts sky docks for their void navy and aeries for the city's esteemed Raptor Wing air force. One of the most bustling regions of the metropolis is the naval shipyard. This expansive area serves as the construction site for voidships destined for the merchant and escort fleets.
