Stegniir Inhus is the Draconic term for the Ladder of Mastery. It is the name of the government of the dragon-blood empire Thashangriel. The government is just as chaotic as its people and one of rule by force, subterfuge, and cunning. It is largely a hierarchy based on power, with knowledge of one's station being a lesser concern. Disagreements at meetings often devolve into bloodshed or the later deposing of one's adversary. As such, strength and shrewdness are the traits that typically elevate one within the Stegniir Inhus.
