This pearl-hued, aquamarine-domed bastion rests half-submerged in Lake Lethiel. Constructed during the Second Kizan War ( 1300 - 1315 ) by those opposing the machinations of Gebs Chosen, the fortress was erected after Gebs Chosen re-routed the Guirfeint river. The followers of the then-mortal Lokestant built Anglor Hellion as a base to counter the often destructive proselytizing efforts of Geb's adherents.

Anglor Hellion features watery thoroughfares and submerged portals tailored for its aquatic denizens. Situated two miles from Lethiel 's northern coast with no harbor, vessel traffic is transported to the bastion's upper entrances via steam-powered lifts - a benefaction from Rumaktharga in recognition of Lokestant 's wartime assistance.

Twenty-five years later, Lokestant, the inaugural leader of the faction residing at Anglor Hellion, was elevated to the status of a Higher Power. Construction on her inaugural place of worship commenced on 22 Bliss 1335, the day she became a Cult Power. Titled Lokestants Bath, it is situated near the heart of what is today a sprawling stronghold able to accommodate 20,000 souls.

Some of the stronghold's most formidable sentinels are water elementals and water weirds; remnants from the redirection of the Guirfeint. In times of peril, be it from adversaries or natural disasters like forest blazes, they are either enlisted or persuaded by Anglor Hellion's clerics to provide assistance.
