Cleoxhar is a temperate rainforest located in the northern region of Skegjold. The forest is frequently battered by powerful storms and heavy downpours. The sounds of shattering ice floes along the western edge of the Rute are a common occurrence. Cleoxhar is situated within the Sahurrigath valley, an area often blanketed in thick fog. This lush forest receives abundant rainfall, with thousands of streams and pools scattered throughout. Even the roads in this rugged terrain require four times the travel time compared to those in the lowlands.
Near the northern reaches of the forest, where it converges with the Ice Cap, wayfarers are reasonably likely to encounter ice trolls and yeti. Certain clans of Azwyr Amoruk also forage within this locale.
