Inzilêth is situated in the Ugradrath mountain range. It is a towering ridge on the eastern side of the Alarthand river. This area was once a major protracted battlefield between the Khazarkar Empire and the Orchish Empire. During the Third Ugradrath War, the opposing forces constructed fortresses along the cliffs. They bombarded each other with siege weapons, conducted sorties across a massive natural bridge, and utilized pontoon bridges and boats in attempts to dislodge one another. The ruins of the colossal Borangrak Bridge were destroyed in the Battle of Borangrak Bridge.

Since the year 1800, Inzilêth and its fortifications have endured significant damage from earthquakes and the escalating activity of the Phazgamir volcano.
