The Orgerd road begins in the Gird valley. This thoroughfare, like many others, emerged from trade among the thousands of bugbears in the region. During the reign of Hofthorm, the road was expanded by the fire giants. It heads northeast, winding its way through a vast lava field called Hlaeust. The road passes by the ancient ruin of Kodgroar. Past this dreadful place, the route continues east around Guldat and then ends at the southern gates of Harknori.
