The Seven Vales of the Hairfoots, commonly known as the Seven Vales, constitute a geographical region within the Great Expanse. Since the Demon Spawn War (89 GE - 269 GE), these verdant vales have served as the ancestral homeland for Halflings and fey, the distant descendants of those who once fought alongside the archangel Avandra against the abyssal legions of Demogorgon.
