The Thundering Plain is the domain of centaurs, satyrs, dire horses, and other hoofed creatures. The rolling hills and lowlands between are blanketed with diverse grasses, the tallest of which are the towering elephant grasses that can reach heights of 20 feet. These regions pose grave peril, as imposing predators can conceal themselves with ease, emerging upon unwary travelers before they can react.
