Named after Warvild, a master primordial strategist of the Creation War (1486 DE - 8777 DE), the Warvild's Fingers are channels separating the islands that split from Angvild. The southern channel between Angvild and Wynvild emerged during the Lith-Crillion Era when Wynvild became its own island. The northern channel, between Wynvild and Torvild, formed in the Horgon Era. Collectively referred to as the Warvild's Fingers, these ocean channels are predominantly shallow, littered with broken rock formations that sometimes breach the surface as treacherous spires, serving as nesting grounds for harpies and countless birds. A few deep channels, carved by powerful ocean currents, run through this region, which are hotbeds of piracy and attacks by organized bands of sahuagin.
