Wyzbrack is an eerie Underdark swamp situated in the southern corner of Khelan. The area is illuminated in parts by phosphorescent fungi and permanent light globes of varied colors. These luminous globes were brought to the region by the Myconids that once thrived here before the arrival of the kuo-toans. During the God Era, the myconids collected these gelatinous orbs of radiance from the dilapidated ruin of Crulock. Prior to this, no other creature had survived exploring the disease-ridden ruin. The maladies of this place remain as virulent today as when they were created in the Dawn Era by a feared Primordial, even among his own kind. The gelatinous globes, commonly referred to as Crulock Globes, are sources of nature energy that accelerate the growth, size, and abundance of any plant life they influence. It is said the primordial Mephirouth, once the master of Crulock, created the Crulock Globes solely to cultivate an expansive fungal garden, nourished by the globes' emanations and those who perished from the diseases. Unlike the myconids, who seemingly revered the globes as gifts from the gods, the subsequent kuo-toa never interfered with them, aware of the rumors that even Blibdoolpoolp feared their creator.

When the city-state of Dilkuglapgon ascended to power, they asserted dominion over the entirety of the swampland. A century prior to this settlement's establishment, the myconids who had once thrived here were either eradicated or expelled. Initially, the kuo-toa endeavored to subjugate them, but subsequently discovered that certain myconids harbored afflictions that swiftly led the kuo-toans to succumb to agonizing demises, the likes of which had not been witnessed since the era of Mephirouth.

Wyzbrack boasts lush, verdant vegetation flourishing within its waterways and along the banks of its intricate canal network. The myconids constructed this labyrinthine system of canals to drain areas and circulate water around their agricultural fields. These canals are now utilized by the kuo-toa, though even they are wary of venturing too deeply into the intricate aquatic maze. Many kuo-toa, unless driven mad or exceptionally skilled in navigation, fear becoming lost in the complex network of waterways or falling prey to the massive, vicious creatures lurking within the surrounding swamp.
