Dilkuglapgon was established in the 4th century of the Lith-Crillion Era by Âkhi colonists. Over time, the kuo-toans of this empire, either willingly or through coercion, departed the cities and strongholds of Blibdoolpoolp Bosom. They utilize the region's intra-system rifts, the Toadoolp Twists, to relocate to distant realms of the Underdark. Those who came to Arkan-Ragûm were unwelcome. Munarkûn hostility compelled them to migrate southward to the Underdark swamp Wyzbrack.
