The extensive Khelan region hosts the expansive Arkan-Ragûm lake, which is fed by a Toadoolp Twist and a tributary originating from the Damazandal river. The lake's southern drainage flows through the Houtrius River.
In the Lith-Crillion Era, the kuo-toan of the Âkhi Empire ventured into the region's Toadoolp Twist. Unwelcomed, they were compelled to retreat southward by the Munarkûn, ultimately settling in the subterranean wetlands of Wyzbrack.
