Halagral

Halagral is a subterranean region of the Brucrumus continent. It is two tiers down from the surface, directly under the Menortamon Region.

Halagral serves as a haven for three kuo-toa and two fomorian empires. Absent their inherent instability and perpetual conflict, they would pose a grave peril to the Underdark region above them and potentially the surface lands of the High Wood Country.
