The Abhômaipeth Mothership are a carrier-class voidship of the Abhômaipeth Empire. The hulls of these vessels are constructed from fragments of matter derived from the petrified remains of a primordial lord known as Beldileck.
The Abhômaipeth Mothership is a perfect example of "vulture tech"—a civilization utilizing high-level Lost Age biological remains to bolster a current-age military that doesn't quite understand the power it's sitting on.
Beldileck himself notes that his awareness persists within these hull plates. He isn't "in" the ship; he is the ship. This suggests that the Abhômaipeth are flying a distributed network of a primordial mind, essentially using a "dead god" as a glorified cargo van.

The Hull: Petrified Primordial Matter
The core "tech" of these ships isn't mechanical; it's the bio-engineered flesh of the primordial lord Beldileck.
- Sub-Atomic Resurrection: The Abhômaipeth military scientists don't just "build" these ships; they un-petrify segments of Beldileck and shape them into hull plates. This matter retains a "Negative Entropy" taint, meaning it resists decay and structural failure.
- The Regenerative Paradox: Because the hull is reconstituted primordial matter, it possesses a low-level "Living Engine" capability. If the ship is damaged, the petrified flesh attempts to "heal" or pull itself back together, making it an incredibly durable transport for long-range plunder missions.
The Lack of a "Fighter Wing"
The reason these "motherships" lack a serious fighter complement is because of a resource and interface bottleneck:
- Host Dependency: The Abhômaipeth Mothership requires a massive amount of energy just to keep the Beldileck hull from completely reanimating or calcifying. This leaves little power for the Aureoles builders to dedicate to launch bays or complex drone wings.
- The Raider Philosophy: Instead of fighters, the ship utilizes the Beholder race—Beldileck's own progeny—as the "mobile security force." The ship is essentially a massive, regenerating cage used to drop Beholder raiding parties onto a world like Bal-Kriav.
