Negative entropy is the antithesis of entropic energy; the raw energy of Chaos. It emerged from the establishment of order and stability where change and entropy once reigned supreme. When Creationists fashioned worlds and populated them, they transformed entropic energy into negative entropy; inevitably giving rise to the Nawirrûs Covenant and the Creation War (1486 DE - 8777 DE).

By the God Era, the endeavors of the Creationist had become significantly more arduous.

It was straightforward in the initial stages, where one could construct a world within the span of a year and populate it with uninspiring sentient beings in merely five. However, in this novel epoch, the Age of Gods, the system is fortified with energy and maintains a delicate equilibrium.

Mêzelurûs, one of the Musings of Mêzelurûs - "The Ancillary Effect of Negative Entropy"

Theologians characterize lawful entities as those possessing a greater degree of negative entropy than its counterpart. Scholars who delve into the mysteries of the energy types assert that anything with enduring presence carries a trace of negative entropy, for without it, such entities would be drawn back to the Chaos.
