Creationists are entities endowed with the remarkable ability to bring into existence objects as diminutive as a grain of sand or as magnificent as an entire universe. However, their numbers have consistently remained relatively modest.
The toil of an acolyte creationist simply disintegrates, its vitalities reclaimed by the primordial Chaos. Once they master the technique of blending Negative Entropy with their constructs, only then do they comprehend the essence of a Creationist.
There was always another factor contributing to their limited numbers. They feared the potential consequences of unfettered creation by various beings, especially those with self-serving or malevolent natures. As a result, the formation of worlds and their lifeforms was conducted in a somewhat orderly manner. This order was the work of Negative Entropy, opposing the forces of Chaos. It incurred the wrath of the primordials, leading to a seven-thousand-year war between the forces of Chaos and those of Law.
When the Creationists harnessed the energy and matter of Chaos to construct their worlds and imbue them with life, their motivation was survival. They had created a form of Negative Entropy. Their aim was to ensure the perpetuation of their kind, preventing their return to Chaos where they would be dismantled into disparate energies, no longer intertwined. The worlds they built became their fortresses, and the life they placed upon them, their defenders. They braced themselves for the day when the primordials would come to reclaim it all, restoring it to Chaos.

In the Creation War, numerous primordials were conceived from the energies of Chaos and endowed with the creation trait. Most possessed the ability to create as Tier 3 Creationists, granting them the power to generate lifeforms but not entire worlds. Piranoth, however, stood apart from these other primordials, as he is renowned for the worlds he fashioned within the system bearing his name, Piranoth's Steps. To the primordial forces of pure chaos, such as the Nine-Tongued Worm, those primordial entities which had taken it upon themselves to create worlds were considered rogue and something that would necessitate addressing after the elimination of the Nawirrus Covenant.
Higher Powers that are Creationists cannot take on mortal followers. As outlined in the Rule of Divine Governance, one cannot be both a Creationist and one who gains influence and power through a following. Consequently, most eventually relinquished the power of creation to become shepherds of the Mortal Systems, rallying the forces of distant worlds against emerging threats.
The two most pivotal resources utilized by Creationists are warp matter and life energy. The former is employed to fashion inanimate entities, while the latter is utilized to generate living organisms.
In one of the Musings of Mêzelurûs, it suggests the gradual deceleration of Creation.
The process has become increasingly arduous in this new epoch, the Age of Gods. Whereas previously one could construct a realm and populate it with dull sapient beings within a single year's time, now such a task requires five times the duration to accomplish.
