Crybhox stands as an imposing figure, akin to an enormous four-armed ice troll. During the God Era, she served as both concubine and trusted confidant to a Primordial Lord known as Thyrm. Skilled in the martial arts and capable of striking with up to six limbs, she was a formidable and much-feared warrior. The majority of her combat experience was gained in the battles that transpired across Fimbulwinter. Over the course of the final century of the God Era, she rose through the military ranks, eventually becoming Thyrm's top general. She was given the moniker Concubine General, which she carried with pride, once quipping, "use every asset you have, don't hold back."
On 14 Lunar 2 LE, her engineers utilized four null mines, penetrating the Web of Magic. This created a rift between the worlds of Fimbulwinter and Bal-Kriav. She marched through this rift at the forefront of two Ice Troll divisions. They commenced the conquest of the lands of Elemantum. For three centuries, Elemantum languished under the yoke of Crybhox and her ice troll army; with many opting to join rather than perish. During Crybhox's reign, Thyrm's influence greatly expanded, such that on 6 Hollow 221 LE he attained the rank of Demigod.
On 5 Bloom 411 LE, members of the Ishtu Irrai caught up with Crybhox and her retinue of guards on the icy plateau of Irkar Haer. There, they engaged her in battle, and recognizing their inability to defeat her through combat, they ensnared her in a divinely forged trap. This device, designed by Corellon, was invisible to all but the keenest of sight and imbued with Bahamut's potent draconic magic, rendering it capable of containing anything less than a demigod. Once Crybhox had been ensnared, she was taken to a prison that became known as Crybhox Rest.
In the First Epoch, refugees from the fallen empire of Glangveif (314 HE - 31) arrived at Crybhox's prison. They constructed a temple-like fortress around it, naming it Indraph after a frost giant shaman who had led them there. This shaman believed that through worship, Crybhox could be freed, but this never came to pass, as the people remained loyal to the mighty Thyrm over his former Concubine General. It is also said that Thyrm quoted Crybhox's famous words, "use every asset you have, don't hold back."
During the strife between the esteemed Nithian sorcerers Igacin and Anubue, the former discovered that he could channel the potent energies of Crybhox, harnessing a portion of her essence to empower his legendary relic, the Glacial Throne.
