On 6 Brightstar 4487 DE, the green dragon Caesinsjach, a Creationist possessing the power to craft intelligent lifeforms, created a prototype for a novel species. Modeled closely upon himself, the creature was significantly smaller, bipedal, and lacked wings, yet retained distinct draconic traits. Caesinsjach's intent was to produce a versatile specimen capable of fulfilling diverse roles across varying terrains, including the ability to breathe underwater. Codenamed "Pogaan Nuft Dopaan," the Draconic term for "Multi-Role Unit," only a single sentient being was brought into existence through this project - the one who would become known as Semuanya. Centuries later, the reasons behind Caesinsjach's decision not to propagate the species would come to light.
Project Pogaan Nuft Dopaan produced a versatile entity, yet one that excelled in no particular area. Amphibious trials revealed an inability to outpace adversary units infesting our wetlands, while terrestrial operations demonstrated sluggish evasive maneuvers. Furthermore, the prospect of deploying numerous such units in retreat would result in an easily overtaken rout.

Foreseeing his impending demise, Caesinsjach, a week prior to his passing, delegated his creative abilities to Semuanya. He evaded the complete annihilation of Vu Kes, and given his advanced age, was preserved by this power transfer, becoming, like his creator, an immortal entity.
Five years later, on 16 Hollow 4571 DE, Semuanya fashioned the Graagvrii race. Fifteen years subsequent to that, he conceived the Viidostor race.
In the Creation War (1486 DE - 8777 DE), Semuanya's perspective was that numerical superiority would prove decisive in the conflict against the primordials. Consequently, he dispersed tens of thousands of eggs across numerous Systems and their worlds, including one that would undergo a dramatic transformation. Midway through the Abyssal Release (7777 DE - 8777 DE), the majority of Semuanya's seeded entities across Piranoth's Steps had either been annihilated by the demons or were serving in the armies of the Abyssal Hegemony.
In the Demon Spawn War, the subsequent great conflict following the Abyssal Release and the Creation War, Graagvrii born in what was now being called the Abyss fought alongside demons. Under the demon lord Sess'innek, they invaded the world Bal-Kriav. When Semuanya learned that the Covenant had no intention of protecting what would later be known as the Troll Bogs region, he stood firm for his people. His meager forces were concentrated in the Ara'phis sector, while those of his adversary were situated in Chen'gom. Fortunately for Semuanya, the demon commanders spent most of their time engaged in internecine conflicts or diverting resources into the demon labs operating out of Aša Ukhan and Aša Abrai. If Semuanya's forces were ever in danger of collapse, they could rely on three Covenant armies stationed at Achamâz.
Semuanya's conflict with Sess'innek was a protracted one. He soon realized that his abilities as a Creationist were greatly constrained on an established world, as he could not freely conjure soldiers to bolster his ranks in a realm already teeming with life. Like the demons and the Covenant, Semuanya resorted to recruiting mortal followers for the war effort. However, his endeavors were significantly impeded by the subversive campaigns of his adversaries. Consistently outmaneuvered, witnessing his creations swayed to serve a demonic overlord, Semuanya resolved to pursue the path of godhood.
At first, heeding The Calling, he endeavored to ignore it. He did not wish to pursue this path, yet recognized his own shortcoming. He had neglected his own rule of propagating his species; that is, dispersing eggs across the worlds of many systems, knowing that some will endure while others will not. The conflict with Sess'innek precipitated this. He made it a personal matter, having grown overly attached to his creations on Bal-Kriav, and did not want to witness their demise. On 1 Lunar 226 GE, he relinquished his powers of Creation in exchange for divine power.
A Higher Power can acquire adherents and accumulate Divine Power, whereas a Creationist cannot.
Semuanya is an evolved Graagvrii. This signifies that he possesses the capacity to assume the form and capabilities of any lizardfolk sub-race.
