The extensive temperate wetland of Kagarr is situated within the northeastern reaches of the High Wood. This region serves as the ancestral homeland of the first Graagvrii and Viidostor peoples.
By the Horgon Era, Kagarr was home solely to the Viidostor. These diminutive kin had successfully expelled the Graagvrii. Occasionally, one of their own or an external agent would rally them into armies that inflict substantial devastation upon the surrounding territories.
Kagarr is dotted with deep pools and lakes, each connected to the others by a vast underwater network of tunnels and passages. Long ago, these were underwater roads linking great hatcheries. During the Dawn Era and into the God Era, these sunken structures served as incubators for tens of thousands of eggs, destined for areas on Bal-Kriav and many other worlds. Semuanya, a Tier 3 Creationist and the mastermind behind this enterprise, aimed to create a resilient people who could weather the storms of conflict, survive, and propagate in such numbers that if a world fell, his creations would endure on another.
