Harworb served as the second preeminent settlement of Phlehorn. Constructed as a fortified stronghold to oversee the gold mines of Khazandulud, the city found itself in a tenuous position following the collapse of Phlehorn. In a feeble attempt, Harbworb endeavored to establish itself as an independent city-state. However, in 1081, after a brief three-month conflict, the Fargimdal kingdom successfully annexed the settlement through military force.

The Nathol valley, situated between the eastern and western peaks of Khazandulud, is riddled with treacherous crags. These deep, jagged recesses lead to countless caves that serve as the abodes of innumerable urds. The urds pose such a formidable threat to Harworb that the city was constructed with defenses akin to those once employed at Khunwrak to thwart or disrupt aerial attacks. Harworb's defensive measures include ballista nets, dart and cannon canisters, and other devices intended to counteract the tactics of urd hordes.
