The Phlehorn Monarchy was founded by those who fled through the dark harbor of Thûr-Damazandal, then journeyed 2500 miles down the remarkable Damazandal. At Nûl-Bazân, a sanctuary built for the fall of an empire, refugees of Malad-Mîn (507 HE - 86) commenced the reconstruction. Predominantly Turkûn, preferring to be close to the surface, they tunneled upwards. Two years after founding the settlement of Phaluth, the Nûl-Bazân and Phaluth united, establishing the Kingdom of Phlehorn.

Several Turkûn states originated from Phlehorn's settlers. Some were founded by clans seeking to establish their own independent holdings separate from Phlehorn. In 425, far from the kingdom's core, the city of Tarbhunarâg, inadequately provisioned, legally seceded from the Phlehorn crown, evolving two years later into the Daklode Monarchy.

In the Year 612, those who had departed for the Khizunul mountains established the foundations of the Hjalmarbrodd Monarchy. In 639, the coastal settlements of Tallsard and other holdings, culturally distinct from the Turkûn of the interior, legally seceded from the crown, forming the Grimmarsveinn syndicate.

The clan of Gibil-Nâru relinquished their citizenship in 760 due to religious motives, ultimately leading to the establishment of the Fargimdal Monarchy.

In the year 901, Phlehorn banished 2,000 hardened criminals. Destined for a remote prison, they dyed their beards crimson as a symbol of their solidarity against their oppressors, earning them the moniker "Bloodbeards." On the orders of the King, who had fallen under the sway of a demonic artifact, the prisoners were magically transported to an ancient ruin known as Hezvix.

In 1080, Phlehorn's forces were driven from the Earth Shrine. The wounded who returned to Phaluth and other strongholds carried a gift from the plague god Rioch Tetrax, the dreaded Earth Skin Rot. This virulent disease ravaged Phlehorn's people, killing 80% within three months. The survivors were absorbed into the citizens of Daklode, Hjalmarbrodd, and Fargimdal.
