The Kingdom of Phlehorn established the coastal settlement of Tallsard in 485. Constructed to facilitate sea trade, it became the abode of Turkûn traversing the oceans rather than toiling the soil.
In 623, having grown culturally distinct and causing difficulties, Phlehorn readily approved Tallsard's application to secede, establishing itself as a self-governing city-state.
