Tachylyte, the capital of Rilirthad, is an immense city, even more expansive than those constructed by the Titan Empires. An Earth Elemental, standing 50 feet tall, can navigate effortlessly through the majority of the city's buildings. Situated atop the Ogremoch Mesa, Tachylyte is fashioned from a diverse array of stones, including marble, malachite, granite, lava stone, and countless other rock types. The city boasts numerous ziggurats, the largest of which is Dukhallûth. This towering edifice serves as the palace of the Dao Khan, with its uppermost tier soaring 650 feet above the streets below.

The walls of this city resemble a series of stepped canals, each channeling the churning mud and rock gushing from the Togomud Sink away from the urban center. These structures usually function effectively, but occasionally, torrents of rock pulverize the city, or rapidly moving sand and gravel inundate the area, sweeping away buildings and inhabitants.
