Utoto

Utoto was founded by the Shou warlord Qiatol. Over the centuries, it has grown into an increasingly formidable citadel, serving as the northernmost stronghold of the Shounejo. Since its establishment a little over a millennium ago, Utoto has endured hundreds of battles, stemming from conflicts with the Demacian, the barbarians of Qibemjues, or the Dead Ancestors and their bone armies emerging from Gestosu.
