Master Death Ball reigns as the self-proclaimed sovereign of Midrurgrune. Within this storied citadel, Master Death Ball commands over a dozen undead beholders and thousands of hobgoblins, gargoyles, lamia, and kobolds. To avoid incurring the wrath of the Orchish Empire, he restrains the ravages of his minions.
Master Death Ball once served on the Court of One Hundred Eyes and was a preeminent advisor to Emperor Blac'drugulois. During Blac'Drugulois' reign, he fell out of favor and was dispatched to command Midrurgrune. In the Second Orchish Civil War, he attempted to usurp the Orchish Empire, but upon failing, he returned to Midrurgrune.
