In 2612 LE, zealots of Coeus utilized this tome, invoking its lone ritual spell. This opened a rift between the world Bal-Kriav and Dol Vahdin, the home realm of their deity. Seeking liberation from the slave masters of Varelay, the ritual succeeded in creating the rift. However, this rift did not persist long. Alerted, Aperoq, ruler of Varelay, initiated a counter-operation. This culminated in a Sphere of Arcane being shot into the rift, destroying it and nearly killing Coeus as he personally arrived to aid his flock. The rift's annihilation left a smoldering canyon known as Toth Coeus in its wake.
Two months after the rift's closure, the Ishtu Irrai forcefully reclaimed this volume and returned it to the vaults of Phollûmâ.
