This military alliance was composed of three distinct interests: those serving the Church of Set, the Church of Kebechet, and the Minâth-Nôrî. It was formed with the purpose of overthrowing the magocracy government that was then ruling the First Khazarkar Empire. In the Eldritch Civil War, the Khirrêth Pact emerged victorious against the Eldritch Conclave. This defeat paved the way for the establishment of the Second Khazarkar Empire under the auspices of the Church of Set.
