The Nullattîm Balance, forged on the leper island Nullattîm, was a neutrality agreement between Paradomea and the Black Tide. Conceived by Sarurkane, a Synic of the Council of Nine, it was the plan to keep Paradomea out of the Black Tide War (1465 - 1486) while profiting from selling goods and armaments to those involved.
This treaty concluded in 1546, marking the commencement of the Artery War.
