In the year 1210 LE, Yuan-ti overcrowding in the impoverished shanty towns of Rat's led to the establishment of Baziranâth. Situated along a river within the hot, humid confines of the Saknussem jungle, this stronghold blossomed into one of the preeminent trading hubs of the Lith-Crillion Era.
Today, this city-sized ruin serves as the domain of the Ladies of Castration. This knightly order maintains a maze of fortifications across the ruins, with Baziranâth's towering 500-foot central ziggurat functioning as stables for their land and airborne mounts. Accessible from various points throughout the ruin, the group's underground headquarters resides within the labyrinth, which was once a den of debauchery, now known as Yazgal's Sanctum, the headquarters of the Ladies of Castration.
