Castle of Ecstasy

The Castle of Ecstasy is a spire stronghold of Eydreid. Constructed by the Knudmid, it initially served as a locale for relaxation and recreational activities, including areas dedicated to demonstrations of strength and throwing prowess. However, after a brief period, this facility began attracting gambling and other practices that the majority of the local populace viewed with disfavor. The castle underwent numerous ownership changes, yet invariably reverted to its role as a hub for gambling and prostitution.

The Castle of Ecstasy serves as a neutral territory for the surrounding gangs that call the ruins their home. The ruler of this domain, a devoted adherent of the Mistress of Seduction, is an ancient Drow vampire named Daice Nilzereed. Undead and possessing a beauty beyond compare, with centuries of business expertise, she has been known to personally greet patrons, offering a blood-drinking ritual as an alternative to the entrance fee or to settle minor outstanding debts.

Strikingly alluring, acerbically clever, a taxing interlocutor, these encounters do turn carnal. Certain individuals have been inadvertently depleted of their vital essence during paroxysms of rapture. Daice, however, peculiar as it may seem for her species, remunerates for any damages or compensates for the departed.
