Grazaghast is a murky ravine originating at the northeastern border of Gurutharni. It extends eastward as far as Mo'tzor, with half of its expanse submerged beneath the waters of lake Styming.
Before the Varelay Upheaval (2608 LE - 16 HE), this region was markedly distinct. It encompassed a parched decline from the ramparts of a stronghold then known as Gu'sax 12. The Varelay Upheaval was a catastrophic event that transformed the area's water table, subsequently submerging half of Grazaghast.
