The Hokzii Stov, also known as the Demon Boot, is a mountain range within the Aerie of Dragons. Following the collapse of the Mir'piamauza Empire (526 HE - 1612 HE), these western mountains reverted to their untamed, anarchic origins.

Across the mountains, near once well-maintained routes and pathways, are numerous abandoned mines, towers, castles, and fortifications - the majority of which are remnants from the era of the Mir'piamauza. The once-great mountain roads, The Sprocket, where no expense was spared to tunnel or bridge, are no longer considered a secure and uninterrupted passage. Despite remaining the optimal method for traversing these mountains, the journey may necessitate navigating areas under control, paying tolls, clearing debris, or finding a way across collapsed bridges.
