In the Demon Spawn War (89 GE - 269 GE), Indushmêk blossomed into a prominent foundry, smelting mithril and crafting armaments for the Covenant. Surrounded by the rugged, icy landscape of Khalas, most of these martial implements were transported underground to a port along the mystical Damazandal.
After the war, Indushmêk became the abode of a dozen or more Turkûn clans; seemingly the sole inhabitants willing to reside in the region encompassed by frigid wastelands.
In the year 507 HE, confronted by a mounting Goliath menace, the clan chieftains from diverse strongholds convened to form the confederation of Malad-Mîn.
In the 86th year, Malad-Mîn was vanquished by the Khalas-Tûr. Amidst the unchecked looting and pillaging in the streets, the people of Indushmêk fled to the subterranean port of Thûr-Damazandal, where most ultimately secured passage to Nûl-Bazân.
