The Inôr river originates at the southern extremity of Thurnâtha. It flows due south, where it joins the Avalninath. The Inôr is a swift-moving river with numerous rapids. It is frequently referred to as the Gold River, owing to the abundant gold deposits in its riverbed. Regrettably, the area's high concentration of fortune seekers has led to an increase in banditry and conflict over the gold. Additionally, the highlands of Thurnâtha are subject to recurrent raids by giants and other humanoid entities. The Khazarkar Empire attempted to claim the entire river as state property, but their inability to control its length has resulted in their current practice of taxing the extracted gold as it is brought into settlements.
