The Lirhazi Cavity is a vast subterranean chasm located within the realms of Kydell and Lothalorn. Spanning a remarkable five miles in diameter, this extraordinary geological feature descends precipitously for a distance of two miles.
Late in the Horgon Era, with a pressing need for more living space, the Malmus Empire took advantage of this opening, expanding upwards into sector Lothalorn. They established Ygasalax as the foundation of the newly discovered caverns. By the commencement of the First Epoch, raiders emanating from this city were conducting surface raids, assaulting the outlying settlements and mining camps of the Guthnimor and the Hanthaerion.
