Built by the Sulukhan, this location commenced as a mountain haven known as Hegdir Froa. Governed by storm giants and other amicable entities, it could only be accessed via airborne mounts. Boasting aeries for rocs, griffons, and other steeds, it featured nearly a hundred chambers accommodating occupants of diverse statures, steam baths, chilly mountain pools, recreation areas, and studies for deliberating on regional and external matters.

The Naral-Mîma were compelled to seek sanctuary here in 740 HE. Alongside the imminent arrival of storm giants, they repelled a sizable Tungesti army from the battlements. As the times shifted and the mountain refuge fell into decades of disuse, the Sulukhan relinquished Hegdir Froa to a displaced people in 745 HE.

The Naral-Mîma flourished in the region, constructing the town of Guthnimor situated a hundred feet beneath the grand balconies of Hegdir Froa. Currently, the city encompasses the spire that previously housed solely a colossal mountain retreat. Hegdir Froa continues to play a vital role in regional affairs, serving as a secure neutral territory where disputes may be resolved prior to escalation into conflict.

The renowned banking center of Guthnimor financed the construction of Gazulud-Gik. The city is also renowned for its engineering and construction expertise, housing several prestigious schools and expansive testing facilities. Situated east of the city lies perhaps the realm's most impressive engineering feat, the colossal Kharal-Gik bridge.
