Lotlom Vund is a modest mountain range situated within the expansive domain of Hiznaar Goz. For as long as anyone can recall, these towering peaks have served as the initial aerie, or nesting ground, for fledgling dragons and those who have yet to establish their own hunting territories.
When young dragons are compelled to depart their progenitor's abode, they are directed to either journey to this locale and establish their mettle amongst their peers, or venture forth into the wilderness and confront the unfamiliar. Majority choose to convene at Lotlom Vund, where they refine their combative prowess alongside compatriots of matching temperament and age.
Zahk Zurgah, renowned Kriistvrii sage, asserts, "Diiv do faal Leret" (Dragons of the Aerie)
As a consequence of the substantial number of young dragons seeking temporary shelter here, Lotlom Vund has come to serve as a recruitment hub. Armies dating back to the Zeymah'kein maintained permanent recruitment and training encampments at this location. The Kriistvrii trained the dragons for combat and recruited those deemed suitable for command.
The Namug Passage traverses the southern reaches of Lotlom Vund. The segment of the road cutting through these mountains is known as Yunkliin Kroved, the Draconic term for Hatchling Defile. According to legend, the initial Kriistvrii surveyors of these peaks encountered numerous hatchling dragons during the Horgon Era. They soon learned that it was a prolific period for dragon births, resulting in near-ceaseless territorial disputes among the young dragons and hatchlings.
