Zeymah'kein, Draconic for "Brothers of War", is a term that originated in the Aerie for Kriistvrii who fought alongside each other in the Demon Spawn War from 89 GE to 269 GE. Regarding the Kriistvrii elements, most dedicated their entire lives to serving under the Covenant general Bahamut. Across the Aerie of Dragons, they battled the demon hordes of Orcus and forces led by the ex-Covenant general Tiamat. When the war concluded, Bal-Kriav's Kriistvrii settled in the area designated as sector Hiznaar Goz on Covenant military maps.
On the second day of War March in the year 600 HE, with the capture of Suf Sungaar, the empire of Zeymah'kein was established, with General Coldwrath as its inaugural Dragon Lord.
In the year 1216 of the Horgon Era, armed conflicts commenced with the Mir'piamauza Empire, initiating the tumultuous period known as the Burn Wars.
Around the year 1250 of the Horgon Era, the empire began to encounter religious fragmentation as the impoverished and marginalized populace embraced the militant doctrine of Tiamat.
In 1279 HE, the Church of Bahamut, supported by crusaders and zealots, commenced the bloody campaign of eradicating Tiamat's followers. This Platinum Inquisition ( 1279 HE - 1290 HE ) resulted in the demise of numerous individuals belonging to the more extreme sects. Those with the capacity to flee ventured eastward, establishing a new home in the frozen valley of Sotiisk'lum.
In 1340 HE, Zeymah'kein engaged in a protracted war with the hobgoblins of Valefor. This conflict, known as the Zeymah'kein Valefor War, spanned over two decades, from 1340 HE to 1362 HE. The Imrithil found themselves fighting more demons than hobgoblins during this lengthy campaign, and were forced onto the defensive. To protect their interests in Hells Womb and perhaps even the empire itself, the Imrithil constructed a massive line of fortifications known as the Hlothram ldrun Rigevoth, a long and deep defensive system that is credited with safeguarding Zeymah'kein's interests.
In the ongoing conflict with the Mir'piamauza Empire, the Third Burn ( 1504 HE - 1522 HE ) necessitated the deployment of forces to contest Mir'piamauza's triumphant armies. Consequently, in 1521 HE, Zeymah'kein began relinquishing Vul Gol and other holdings in the Hells Womb Region. The Burn Wars had the effect of rendering both sides increasingly savage. By the Last Burn, this had tarnished the morale of Zeymah'kein, with the war now assuming a genocidal character.
The wise Tiamat is said to have smiled, while the noble Bahamut averted his gaze in disgrace. In the aftermath, Asmodeus penned a missive to Athena, lamenting, "Observe what unceasing conflict can do to the psyche."

In 1600 HE, Zeymah'kein fell. Their holdings and populace were absorbed into the Mir'piamauza Empire. Many were evicted from their ancestral abodes, while others, too proud to submit to any rule other than that of a Kriistvrii, relocated elsewhere. However, these spoils of war proved to be short-lived. Eight years later, the Mir'piamauza Empire succumbed in the Mir'piamauza Civil War ( 1608 HE - 1612 HE ) .
Following the collapse of these two mighty realms, the citadels of the Aerie fell into the hands of the rabble, then to gangs and their ruthless chieftains. From these chaotic beginnings, petty city-states arose, governed by dragons - Muneyd'vith and others who had assumed the mantle of Dragon Lord.
Zeymah'kein waged several religious conflicts with the Galirkrad. Less extensive than The Burns, these were carried out by Zeymah'kein zealots battling forces loyal to Tiamat; the longstanding enmity between Bahamut and Tiamat that began in the Hoof Front ( 215 GE - 230 GE ) , continuing through mortal proxies.
The Zeymah'kein Empire, at the pinnacle of its dominance, stretched from the eastern banks of the Dargirth River in Hells Womb to the coastlines of Sosin Luv.
The dragon cult of Vith Alok and the stargazers of Nil Koraaviik were two prominent groups that emerged during the Zeymah'kein's extended rule.
The initial Drakkensteeds, a hybrid of horse and dragon, were crafted by the Ryldorvir on behalf of the Zeymah'kein administration; at the pinnacle of its influence, Zeymah'kein could deploy an aerial force of almost 500 drakkensteed riders.
