Maenor is an unblemished woodland situated west of the Pool of Nelshreen. This verdant forest and all its contents remain unaffected by the proliferation of the Tendrils.
The verdant woodland is tended with reverence by druids seeking the illumination and benevolence of Aredhel. Many spend years guarding and nurturing the forest, treading the same trails that Aredhel walked during her mortal existence. The Gwatherfin believe this undertaking imparts the virtues of patience and a profound appreciation for the natural world.
Maenor is sometimes referred to as the Garden of Aredhel. This forest contains both amicable and adversarial flora, fauna, and other creatures, all adhering to the tenets of preserving nature's equilibrium. At the very center of the woodland stands the oldest and grandest tree in the area, BelephrÃan. Nestled within and around this colossal red oak is the fortress Nelrenael.
