Built by well-compensated Fire Giant laborers using materials from Talothand, and teams of earth elemental and stone giant engineers, the mountain citadel of Resalth Lingraav originated as the lair of a blue dragon named Resalth. Fueled by ambitions of empire and substantial family resources, Resalth Watch evolved into an expansive surface and subterranean complex, with cavernous corridors and chambers designed for the comfort of dragons, as well as other areas accessible only to those capable of flight.

In 887 HE, Resalth Lingraav was established as the capital of the Dominion of Resalth, which flourished from 887 HE to 946 HE .

In the Zeymah'kein Resalth War, Resalth Lingraav was apprehended by the Zeymah'kein.

In the First Epoch, Resalth's domain once more served as a prominent capital under the expansive empire of Ag Envok.

In the bastion's quartz-and-jewel-encrusted palace chamber stands the Star Ruby Throne.
